A digital top-ups store ranked on page three for the searches that actually sell, and leaned almost entirely on its own brand name to get any traffic at all.

The challenge

Average position sat on page two to three, so for the high-intent top-up searches that drive orders the store was effectively invisible. The traffic it did get was brand-led, while the far larger non-brand demand went to competitors, and the site split its own crawl budget and link equity across duplicate URLs.

The solution

We ran it as an experiment against a frozen baseline. The technical work consolidated duplicate URLs, fixed indexation, and re-sculpted internal links so authority reached the pages that convert. Then we built dedicated landing systems for the highest-volume non-brand intents, made them answerable for AI search, and tuned everything for Arabic. Changes shipped in controlled batches with re-crawl checkpoints, so winners scaled and the rest got rolled back.

The outcome

Over roughly three months organic clicks grew +366%, with the strongest month past +500%, and the store reached page one for its core terms. The part that matters most: 58% of clicks now come from non-brand search. That’s a real acquisition channel, not people who already knew the name.
